摘要
水冷壁是电站锅炉主要的受热面之一。某电厂超超临界锅炉在投入运行3年后,发现前墙水冷壁向炉内凹陷,并且鳍片出现纵向裂纹,最终导致水冷壁管泄漏。通过分析主要原因为锅炉设计理论与实际运行有差异,加上锅炉安装缺陷所导致,针对原因提出了整治措施,并提出了预防措施,从而保障锅炉安全运行,为其他电厂提供了参考。
The water wall is one of the main heating surfaces of the power plant boiler.After the ultra supercritical boiler in a power plant was put into operation for 3 years,it was found that the front wall water wall was sunken into the boiler,and the fins had longitudinal cracks,which eventually led to the leakage of the water wall tubes.Through analysis,the main reasons are the difference between the boiler design theory and the actual operation,and the boiler installation defects.In addition,the rectification measures and preventive measures are proposed for the reasons,so as to ensure the safe operation of the boiler,which can provide reference for other power plants.
