摘要
针对预加氢反应器压力降快速上涨的异常现象,从预加氢进料过滤器运行情况、原料性质、工艺操作、催化剂强度等方面进行了分析。结果表明,原料中C5烯烃含量高及氧化物中甲基叔丁基醚高温裂解生成叔戊烯,加剧了反应系统结焦,导致预加氢反应器压力降快速持续上涨。建议控制原料中溴指数不高于1 000 mg/100g、氧质量分数不高于20μg/g,降低预加氢单元加工负荷,防止预加氢反应系统压力降上涨过快;预加氢进料换热器E101、预加氢进料加热炉F101、预加氢反应器R101A均有结焦堵塞迹象,建议监控预加氢反应系统各位置压力降上涨情况,择机进行反应器“撇头”、换热器抽芯清理、加热炉炉管吹扫清焦,保证装置的平稳运行。
In response to the abnormal phenomenon of rapid increase in pressure drop in the pre hydrogenation reactor,an analysis was conducted on the operation of the pre hydrogenation feed filter,feedstock properties,process operation,catalyst strength,and other aspects.The results showed that the rapid increase in pressure drop in the pre hydrogenation reactor was related to the high content of olefins and oxides in feedstock.This is attributed to the high content of C 5 olefins in the feedstock and the cracking of MTBE in the oxide at high temperatures to generate tert-pentene,which exacerbates the coking of the reaction system and leads to a rapid and continuous increase in the pressure drop of the pre hydrogenation reactor.It is recommended to take measures such as controlling the bromine index of the feedstock not to exceed 1000 mg/100g and the oxygen content not to exceed 20μg/g,reducing the processing load of the pre hydrogenation unit,and preventing the pressure drop of the pre hydrogenation reaction system from rising too fast.There are signs of coking and blockage in the pre hydrogenation feed heat exchanger E101,pre hydrogenation feed heating furnace F101,and pre hydrogenation reactor R101A.It is recommended to monitor the increase of pressure drop at various positions of the pre hydrogenation reaction system,and select the timing for reactor“skimming”,heat exchanger core cleaning,and heating furnace tube blowing and cleaning to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
