摘要
欧盟委员会于2020年9月发布了《数字教育行动计划(2021—2027年)》,作为教育数字化转型的关键一环,教师数字能力培养成为欧盟数字化教育推进过程的重中之重。围绕该计划,欧盟从提供数字化教师工作指南、确立数字化典型项目、提供教师数字化转型工具三方面推进教师数字化进程。一方面,为教师提升数字能力提供了工具资源与交流平台,创造了数字化转型的必要环境与所需条件;另一方面,通过选树典型个人与项目,为教育数字化转型提供参考依据与先进范本,对我国数字化转型进程具有一定的借鉴意义。
European Union published Digital Education Action Plan(2021-2027)in September 2020.As a crucial part of the digital transformation in education,the cultivation of teachers’digital literacy has become the top priority in the process of promoting digital education in EU.Centering on Digital Education Action Plan(2021-2027),European Commission has promoted the process of digital transformation in teacher education from three aspects:providing working guide for teachers,establishing typical teacher education projects,and providing digital transformation tools for teachers.On the one hand,it provides tools,resources and communication platforms for teachers to improve digital competence,creating the necessary environment and conditions for digital transformation.On the other hand,selecting typical individuals and projects provides reference basis and advanced model for education digital transformation,which is of great reference significance to the process of digital transformation in our country.
