摘要
随着“三教”改革的推进,工程造价行业正经历着快速发展和技术变革,对人才培养提出了更高要求。为满足市场对高素质、实践能力强的工程造价人才的需求,促进学生全面发展和培养社会责任感,构建适应“三教”改革背景的工程造价专业人才培养体系具有重要意义。以职业院校工程造价专业为研究对象,分析了当前行业发展趋势及人才需求与供给状况,提出了构建适应“三教”改革背景下的人才培养体系的原则和策略,为职业院校工程造价专业人才培养提供参考。
With the development of education reform in teacher,teaching book and method,engineering cost industry achieved fast advancement and technological innovation with more demand for personnel training.In order to meet the need of personnel with high quality and qualified practice in engineering cost industry,to promote student development with social responsibility,it has great significance to construct personnel training system for engineering cost major based on the education reform.Taking engineering cost major in vocational college as an example,personnel supply and need status and industry development were analyzed,principal and strategy of construction for personnel training system were proposed which serves as a reference for personnel training of engineering cost major in vocational colleges.
