高层建筑防渗漏技术中的细节设计研究

摘要 随着城市化进程的加速,高层建筑已经成为现代城市的标志性建筑,但伴随其发展的外墙渗漏问题也日益凸显。本文深入探讨了高层建筑外墙渗漏的成因,尤其是墙体与窗框交接处的细节设计问题。除了材料的选择,设计阶段的细节考虑和施工工艺同样是决定防渗漏性能的核心要素。文章还探讨了外墙保温材料与防渗漏性能的关系,提出了一系列优化建议。希望这些探讨能为建筑设计和施工提供有益的参考,共同推动高层建筑外墙防渗漏技术的进步。 With the acceleration of the urbanization process,high-rise buildings have become the landmark buildings of modern cities,but the problem of external wall leakage with its development is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper deeply discusses the causes of exterior wall leakage of high-rise buildings,especially the detailed design at the junction of wall and window frame.In addition to the selection of materials,the details of the design stage and the construction process are also the core elements to determine the leakage prevention performance.The paper also discusses the relationship between external wall insulation material and leakage prevention performance,and puts forward a series of optimization suggestions.It is hoped that these discussions can provide useful reference for architectural design and construction,and jointly promote the progress of leakage prevention technology of exterior wall of high-rise buildings.
