摘要
在地方安全生产标准化活动方兴未艾的背景下,本文从生产经营主体的视角出发,通过设定从业人员属性、从业主体现实问题和主体的标准化认知三个方面的问题,以网络问卷调查的形式分析地方标准化诉求,利用决策树工具寻找从业者所持标准化态度与不同问题的映射关系,探讨标准化地方实践的推动力、地方标准化相关执法检查活动、生产经营主体的安全管理体系建设等关键节点对于地方标准制定和实施的重要性,为安全生产地方标准化的政府决策与引导提供参考。
In the context of the rising local safety production standardization activities,this paper,from the perspective of production and operation entities,analyzes the local standardization demands in the form of online questionnaires by setting the attributes of practitioners,practical problems of practitioners and standardization cognition of subjects,and uses decision tree tools to find the mapping relationship between practitioners’standardization attitudes and different issues,discusses the importance of key nodes such as the driving force of local standardization practice,local standardization related law enforcement and inspection activities,and the construction of the safety management system of production and operation entities for the development and implementation of local standards,so as to provide reference for the government decision-making and guidance of local standardization of safety production.
