摘要
学校是新时代红色文化教育传承的主阵地。基于一体化教育理念和研究范式,构建大中小学红色文化教育目标纵向衔接、教育力量和资源横向协同、社会主体协同参与的整体架构,有助于形成循序渐进、螺旋上升的一体化红色文化育人模式。在红色文化教育的实践进路上,各大中小学要做到教育目标与内容一体化规划、教育方式与手段一体化创新、教育队伍与资源一体化整合、教育效果与评价一体化考量,从而提升学校红色文化教育的持续性、衔接性和实效性。
Schools are the main front for the inheritance of red culture education in the new era.Grounded on the concept of integrated education and research paradigm,the paper holds that constructing an overall structure of vertical connection of educational objectives of red culture in universities,secondary and primary schools,horizontal coordination of educational forces and resources,and collaborative participation of social subjects all contribute to forming a gradual and spiraling integration of red culture education model.In the practice of red culture education,all universities,secondary and primary schools are expected to implement the integrated planning of educational goals and content,integrated innovation of educational methods and means,integrated educational teams and resources,and integrated deliberation of educational effects and assessments,so as to improve the continuity,cohesion and effectiveness of red culture education.
