食品工艺学课程思政探索与实践研究

摘要 食品工艺学课程是高等教育食品专业学生的主干课程和学位课程,是连接学校教学与工业化生产的桥梁。基于食品专业人才培养目标和课程内容特点,阐述了食品工艺学课程思政的必要性。从培育学生思想政治素养、道德修养、职业素养及创新精神四个方面,对课程思政元素有机融入教育教学过程进行探索。对思政教育实践路径进行分析,以培养爱岗敬业、德才兼备的创新型技术人才。可为课程教学改革奠定基础,提供切实可行的实践途径,同时可为相关专业课程思政建设研究提供参考。 Food technology course is the main course and degree course of food major students in higher education.It is the bridge connecting school teaching and industrial production.Based on the cultivation goal and the characteristics of the course content,this study expounds the necessity of curriculum ideology and politics in food technology.From the four aspects of cultivating students'ideological and political accomplishment,moral accomplishment,professional accomplishment and innovative spirit,this paper probes into the organic integration of curriculum ideological and political elements into the teaching process.A preliminary analysis of ideological and political education practice path,in order to cultivate the innovative technical talents,which love and dedicate to work and have both ability and political integrity.This study can lay a foundation for curriculum teaching reform,provide practical ways,and provide reference for the study of ideological and political construction of relevant professional courses.
