摘要目的分析胸腰椎骨折全身麻醉术中俯卧位干预的手术室规范化流程管理应用效果。方法2019年6月至2021年6月江苏省如皋市人民医院住院的90例胸腰椎骨折患者,术中均接受全身麻醉,采取俯卧位,根据入院顺序奇偶性分为对比组和观察组,每组45例,对比组接受常规手术室护理管理,观察组接受手术室规范化流程管理,比较2组术前、术后2 h汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、并发症总发生率、压疮总发生率、患者总满意度。结果观察组术后2 h HAMA评分、HAMD评分并发症总发生率、压疮总发生率均低于对比组,观察组患者总满意度高于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腰椎骨折患者全身麻醉俯卧位手术期间实施接受手术室规范化流程管理,可有效减轻患者消极情绪,降低压疮等并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the standardized process management in the operating room on the general anesthesia for thoracolumbar fractures in the prone position.Methods A total of 90 patients with thoracolumbar fractures hospitalized in the People's Hospital of Rugao from June 2019 to June 2021 were recruited.All of them were managed by general anesthesia during the operation with the prone position.They were divided into comparison group and observation group based on the odd and even number on admission,with 45 cases per group.Routine operating room nursing management,and the standardized process management in the operating room were applied to patients of comparison group and observation group,respectively.The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAM-A)before and 2h after surgery,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAM-D),the total incidence of complications and pressure ulcers and the overall satisfaction rate were compared between groups.Results Compared with those of comparison group,patients in the observation group presented significantly lower HAM-A score at 2h postoperatively,HAMD score,and total incidence of complications and pressure ulcers,and significantly higher overall satisfaction rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized process management in the operating room on the general anesthesia for thoracolumbar fractures in the prone position effectively reduces the negative emotions,lowers the incidence of pressure ulcers and other complications,and improves the satisfaction.
