摘要
通信基站电池因建设使用时间、品牌、类型和批次等不同,个体差异较大,造成电池容量、续航时间和故障情况难以评估,无法精确管理和控制,导致运维成本较高。本文提出一种电池管理系统,用于精确监控每块、每组、每站电池的容量、续航时间和健康情况,实现辅助运维决策,对降低运维成本和提升用户网络感知具有较大的意义。
Due to the influence of different factors such as construction and use time,brand,type,and batch,communicationbase stations have large individual differences in batteries,which makes it difficult to evaluate battery capacity,battery life,and fault conditions,and cannot be accurately managed and controlled,resulting in high operation and maintenance costs.This paper proposes a battery management system to accurately monitor the battery capacity,battery life and health of each block,group and station,which is of great significance for assisting O&M decision-making,reducing O&M costs,and improving user network perception.
