摘要
医学教育作为终身式“精英教育”,专业性强,相关内容要突出“三性四新”。住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)作为毕业后医学教育的核心,是医学毕业生接受以提高临床能力为主的规范化、系统化的培训,目的在于培养能够独立、规范地开展本专业常见病及多发病日常诊疗工作的合格的住院医师。而基于提升岗位胜任能力的“卓越医生教育培养计划”对住培工作提出了更高的要求。在住培管理中,科学、有效的考评体系则是保证住培质量的重要条件。文章分析了迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在右江民族医学院附属医院感染科住培考核中应用现状,就目前Mini-CEX联合DOPS在各专业基地住培考核中的应用加以总结,以期能够优化我国住培的评价体系,从而提升住培质量。
As a lifelong"elite education",medical education is highly professional,and the relevant content should highlight the"three natures and four new".standardized training of residents,as the core of post-graduation medical education,is a standardized and systematic training for medical graduates to receive mainly to improve clinical ability,with the aim of cultivating qualified residents who can independently and standardize the daily diagnosis and treatment of common and frequent diseases in their specialty.The"excellent doctor education and training program"based on improving job competence puts forward higher requirements for standardized training of residents.In the management of standardized training of residents,Scientific and effective evaluation system is an important condition to ensure the quality of standardized training of residents.Based on the application status of Mini-CEX combined with DOPS in the assessment of standardized training of residents by the department of infectious diseases of Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities,this paper summarizes the current application of Mini-CEX combined DOPS in the assessment of standardized training of residents in various professional bases,in order to optimize the evaluation system of standardized training of residents in China,so as to improve the quality of standardized training of residents.
