摘要
学生思想政治教育是大学践行立德树人根本任务的必然要求,也是培养学生理想信念,正确世界观、人生观、价值观的重要途径。大学附属医院是对医学生进行临床医学教育的关键场所,是将医学理论与医学实践相结合的教育阵地。大学附属医院除具有大学共性的特点之外,还具有教育性实践性、公益性服务性、探索性创新性的特点。北京大学口腔医学院根据这些特点,对学生思政工作的路径进行了探索与实践,形成了以政治建设为统领,以医院文化教育为根基,以医德医风讲评为抓手,以思政教育基地建设为手段,以思政队伍建设和理论研究为支撑,以发挥学生能动性为着力点,以问题为导向,以“专职”育人为宗旨的思政教育机制,形成了医学生思政教育的特色。做好大学附属医院学生思想政治工作,需要处理好党建与思政、课堂教学与思政、管理与思政、医务服务与思政的关系。
Students'ideological and political education is an inevitable requirement for universities to practice the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and also an important way to cultivate students'ideal beliefs,correct worldview,values,and outlook on life.University affiliated hospitals are key places for clinical medical education for medical students,and are educational platforms that combine medical theory with medical practice.In addition to the common characteristics of universities,university affiliated hospitals also have the characteristics of educational practicality,public welfare services,and exploratory innovation.Based on the characteristic,Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology explored and practiced the path of students’ideological and political work,and formed the mechanism of ideological and political education with political construction as the guide,education of hospital culture as the foundation,evaluation of medical ethics as the important measure,construction of ideological and political education bases as the means,construction of ideological and political teams and theoretical research as the support,exertion of students’initiative as the focus,problem as the orientation,and“full-time”education as the purpose.To do a good job in ideological and political work of students in university affiliated hospitals,it is necessary to deal with the relationship between party building and ideological and political education,classroom teaching and ideological and political education,management and ideological and political education,medical service and political education.
