氧化魔芋葡甘聚糖-壳聚糖复合薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用微波辅助臭氧氧化降解方法制备氧化魔芋葡甘聚糖(oxidized konjac glucomannan,OKGM)水溶胶,将其与壳聚糖(chitosan,CS)复配得到复合薄膜,并探究魔芋葡甘聚糖(konjac glucomannan,KGM)以及不同降解时间(30、60、90、120 min)的OKGM对复合薄膜机械性能、阻湿性能、溶胀性能及微观结构等的影响。结果表明,与KGM相比,OKGM与CS形成的成膜液流动性更强。KGM和OKGM的加入都能够提高CS薄膜的机械性能。KGM和OKGM-30能够降低CS薄膜的水蒸气透过系数。OKGM-30和OKGM-60能够改善CS薄膜的外观,OKGM-90和OKGM-120显著降低了CS薄膜的吸水溶胀度。由扫描电镜图可知,KGM和OKGM与CS均具有良好的相容性,能够形成紧密的网络结构。综上所述,CS/OKGM复合薄膜的综合性能优于CS薄膜,且在流动性、薄膜颜色和溶胀性质方面的性能优于CS/KGM薄膜。不同降解时间的OKGM对CS薄膜的理化性质具有不同的影响,可根据实际应用选择所需的CS/OKGM复合薄膜。该研究结果将为OKGM在可降解包装薄膜领域的应用提供理论参考。 Oxidized konjac glucomannan(OKGM) hydrosols were prepared by microwave-assisted ozone oxidative degradation and mixed with chitosan(CS) to produce composite films.The effects of konjac glucomannan(KGM) and OKGMs with different degradation times(30,60,90,120 min) on the mechanical,moisture barrier and swelling properties and microstructure of composite films were investigated.Results showed that the film-forming solutions formed by OKGMs and CS were more fluid than those formed by KGM,and the addition of both KGM and OKGMs could significantly improve the mechanical properties of CS film.KGM and OKGM-30 could reduce the water vapor permeability of CS film.OKGM-30 and OKGM-60 were able to improve the appearance of CS film,and OKGM-90 and OKGM-120 significantly reduced the water absorption swelling of CS film.The scanning electron micrograph showed that both KGM and OKGMs had good compatibility with CS and could form a tight network structure.In conclusion,the CS/OKGM composite films have better overall performance than CS film and have better performance than the CS/KGM film in terms of flowability,film color,and swelling properties.Different degradation times of OKGM have different effects on the physicochemical properties of CS film,and the required CS/OKGM composite films can be selected according to the actual application.The results provide a theoretical reference for the application of OKGMs in the field of degradable packaging films.
