纳米纤维素复合材料在食品包装中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 纳米纤维素具有高表面积、高弹性模量、高强度和高气体阻隔性等优异的物理化学性能,在食品包装领域有广泛应用。为使相关研究者快速地了解纳米纤维素在食品包装中的研究进展,为纳米纤维素的利用和新型食品包装材料的开发提供参考,该文总结了纳米纤维素的来源和特点,讨论了纳米纤维素复合材料的制备方法和纳米纤维素的掺入对复合材料性能的影响,分析了纳米纤维素复合材料的安全性和生物降解性,最后对纳米纤维素复合材料的发展趋势进行了展望。纳米纤维素作为增强相可以增加聚合物基体的机械强度和阻隔性能,还可以作为抗氧化剂、抗菌剂等活性物质的载体,与聚合物基体复合后延长食品货架期。纳米纤维素复合材料可以解决包装行业面临的很多问题,将包装浪费降至最低。同时为了提高纳米纤维素复合材料的物理化学性能,还要继续开发新技术,以期更广泛地应用于食品包装领域。 Nanocellulose has excellent physical and chemical properties such as high surface area,high elastic modulus,high strength,and high gas barrier,and has been widely used in food packaging.To make relevant researchers understand quickly the research progress of nanocellulose in food packaging,and provide a reference for the utilization of nanocellulose and the development of new food packaging materials,this paper summarized the sources and characteristics of nanocellulose,discussed the preparation methods and properties of nanocellulose composites,analysed the safety and biodegradability of nanocellulose composites,and prospected the development trend of nanocellulose composites finally.Nanocellulose as a reinforcing phase can increase the mechanical strength and barrier properties of the polymer matrix,and can also be used as the carrier of active substances such as antioxidants and antibacterial agents to prolong food shelf life.Nanocellulose composites solve many problems faced by the packaging industry and minimize packaging waste.At the same time,nanocellulose composites with better physical and chemical properties need to be developed to be widely used in the field of food packaging.
