摘要 目的分析诺如病毒感染发生的相关危险因素,为诺如病毒感染的防治提供参考。方法选取我院2022年1月至2022年12月收治的急性肠胃炎患儿900例,对其病历资料进行回顾性分析,对诺如病毒感染发生情况进行调查分析,对诺如病毒感染发生的危险因素进行探讨。结果全部900例患者中,155例为诺如病毒感染阳性,阳性感染率为17.22%(155/900),其中113例为GII型,占比为72.90%(113/155)。冬春季的诺如病毒感染率显著高于夏秋季,年龄≤7岁者的诺如病毒感染率显著高于年龄>7岁者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。菜板生熟未分、饭前洗手习惯、发病前与腹泻患者接触等因素与诺如病毒感染密切相关(P<0.05);而性别则与诺如病毒感染不存在显著相关性(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,诺如病毒感染的独立危险因素包括发病前与腹泻患者接触、饭前无洗手习惯、菜板生熟未分(P<0.05)。结论诺如病毒感染的发病季节主要为冬春季,同时发病人群主要为年龄≤7岁的儿童,发病的独立危险因素包括发病前与腹泻患者接触、饭前无洗手习惯、菜板生熟未分;临床中应针对诺如病毒感染发生的危险因素,制定有针对性的防治对策,进而对诺如病毒感染进行有效预防和控制。 Objective To analyze the relevant risk factors of Norovirus infection and provide reference for the pre-vention and treatment of Norovirus infection.Methods 900 children with acute gastroenteritis admitted to our hos-pital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected,and their medical records were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of norovirus infection was investigated and analyzed,and the risk factors for norovirus infection were explored.Results Among all 900 patients,155 were positive for Norovirus infection,with a positive infection rate of 17.22%(155/900).Among them,113 were GII type,accounting for 72.90%(113/155).The infection rate of No-rovirus in winter and spring is significantly higher than that in summer and autumn,and the infection rate of Norovi-rus in individuals≤7 years old is significantly higher than that in individuals>7 years old,with a statistically sig-nificant difference(P<0.05).Factors such as uncooked and uncooked chopping boards,washing hands before meals,and contact with diarrhea patients before onset are closely related to Norovirus infection(P<0.05);There was no significant correlation between gender and Norovirus infection(P>0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that independent risk factors for Norovirus infection included contact with diarrhea patients before onset,habit of washing hands before meals,and failure to distinguish between raw and cooked chopping boards(P<0.05).Conclusion The onset season of Norovirus infection is mainly winter and spring,and the main population is children≤7 years old.The independent risk factors for the disease include contact with diarrhea patients before onset,washing hands before meals habits,and not distinguishing between raw and cooked chopping boards;In clini-cal practice,targeted prevention and control strategies should be developed based on the risk factors of Norovirus in-fection,in order to effectively prevent and control Norovirus infection.
