摘要
目的探讨对重症急性胰腺炎患者行早期肠内营养支持联合综合护理的临床价值。方法选取医院2021年2月至2022年6月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者70例,随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(早期肠内营养支持联合综合护理),各35例,对比护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的转铁蛋白、总蛋白水平明显高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8水平明显低于对照组;血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、肠功能恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间明显短于对照组;护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持联合综合护理,可明显改善重症急性胰腺炎患者的营养情况,减轻炎性反应,提高护理满意度,加快临床症状减轻。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of early enteral nutrition support combined with comprehensive care for severe acute pancreatitis patients.Methods A total of 70 severe acute pancreatitis patients admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(who were given the conventional care)and the observation group(who were given the early enteral nutrition support combined with comprehensive care)randomly,with 35 cases in each group.The care effect was compared between the two groups.Results After the care,the transferrin and total protein levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the tumor necrosis factor-α、interleukin-6,interleukin-8 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;The recovery time of blood amylase,intestinal function and the relief time of abdominal pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The satisfaction of care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support combined with comprehensive care for severe acute pancreatitis can improve the nutritional status of patients significantly,and reduce inflammatory reactions,improve the satisfaction of care,accelerate clinical symptom reduction.
