布地奈德结合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎混合性感染的临床效果

摘要 目的就小儿肺炎混合性感染患者进行治疗方案的优化,重点讨论布地奈德结合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗的临床效果和优势。方法将2020年1月至2023年5月就诊于江苏省沭阳广济医院的90例小儿肺炎混合性感染患者为对象,以抽签方式分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用布地奈德结合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗,对比干预成果。结果观察组临床症状恢复用时短于对照组,两组患者数据对比有差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,两组患者数据对比有差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿炎症因子指标数据低于对照组,炎症控制效果较好,两组患者数据对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿肺炎混合性感染患者,为其实施布地奈德结合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗,有助于改善患儿病情,缓解炎症问题。 Objective To optimize the treatment plan for children with mixed pneumonia infection,the clinical effect and advantages of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation were discussed.Methods From January 2020 to May 2023 in Jiangsu Province,20 patients were divided into two groups.The control group adopted conventional treatment,and the observation group used budesonide combined with tebutalin atomization inhalation adjuvant therapy,and compared the intervention results.Results The recovery time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the data between the two groups were quite different(P<0.05).The total response rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the data between the two groups were very different(P<0.05).After treatment,the data of inflammatory factors in the children in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the effect of inflammatory control was better,and the data between the two groups was quite different(P<0.05).Conclusions For children with mixed pneumonia infection,the implementation of budesonide combined with terbutaline atomized inhalation adjuvant therapy can help improve the condition of children,relieve inflammation.
