摘要
该文以黄河流域为研究区域,采用专利联合申请数据,基于不同尺度视角分别构建黄河流域内部城际创新网络和黄河流域—全国城际创新网络,并探究创新网络结构特征及其演化规律,最后结合QAP回归分析识别多维距离对黄河流域创新联系的影响,主要结论如下:①区域内部视角下,黄河流域创新网络规模不断扩大,本地蜂鸣程度显著提升;创新联系东南密集、西北稀疏,呈“金字塔型”等级结构;流域内省会城市创新辐射效应显著,在创新网络中的中心性和支配能力显著提升;创新联系具有地理邻近效应和等级效应,呈现接触式连接、等级式连接以及二者相混合的联系模式。②全国视角下,黄河流域跨区域创新合作通道多元化,以长江沿江与东部沿海城市构成的“T”形创新轴带为代表;对外创新联系的等级效应逐步强化,具有一定的路径依赖性,并不断开辟新的创新联系通道。③黄河流域创新联系受地理距离、经济距离、科技支出距离和制度距离等多维距离的影响,且不同样本下各因素的作用强度存在异质性。研究结果可为提升黄河流域区域整体创新水平、促进高质量发展提供参考。
Based on different scale perspectives,this paper constructs intercity innovation network in the Yellow River Basin and intercity innovation network between the Yellow River Basin and the whole country with the patent joint application data taking the Yellow River Basin as the study area,and then explores the structural characteristics and evolution of innovation networks.Finally,the QAP regression analysis is adopted to identify the impact of multidimensional distance on innovation linkages in the Yellow River Basin.The main conclusions are as follows.①From the regional perspective,the scale of innovation network in the Yellow River Basin keeps expanding,the degree of local buzzing increases significantly.Innovation linkages are concentrated in the southeast and sparse in the northwest,showing a pyramid-shaped hierarchical structure.Provincial capital cities in the basin have significant innovation radiation effect,and their centrality and dominance in the network are significantly improved.Innovation linkages have geographical proximity effect and rank effect,showing contact connection mode,hierarchical connection mode and the mixed mode of contact connection and hierarchical connection.②From a national perspective,trans-regional innovation cooperation channels in the Yellow River Basin are diversified,represented by the T-shaped innovation axis composed of the cities along the Yangtze River and the eastern coast.The rank effect of external innovation linkages is gradually strengthened,and has a certain path dependence,and constantly opens up new innovation connection channels.③Additionally,the innovation linkages of the Yellow River Basin are affected by geographical distance,economic distance,scientific and technological expenditure distance and institutional distance,and the effect intensity of each factor is heterogeneous under different samples.This study can provide reference for improving the overall regional innovation level and promoting high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
