高校线上教学中师生关系调整策略探索——以“互联网+教育”新时期高校线上教学为例

摘要 在数字化教学飞速发展的时期,新型线上教学模式对传统的师生关系产生了一系列微妙的影响。和谐的师生关系是教学质量的根本保障,而与传统的教学模式相比,线上授课模式会引发传统师生关系中情绪和认知感知度下降、情感交流障碍、信任度减弱等问题,影响教学效果。从目前线上教学模式中师生关系的现状分析入手,进一步探讨线上教学对师生关系的冲击及影响,提出新时期高校线上教学中师生关系的调整策略及意义。 In the current period of normalization of the epidemic,the new online teaching model will have a series of subtle effects on the traditional teacher-student relationship.A harmonious teacher-student relationship is the fundamental guarantee of teaching quality.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the online teaching mode will cause problems such as decreased emotional and cognitive perception,emotional communication barriers,and weakened trust in the traditional teacher-student relationship,affecting the teaching effect.Therefore,this study starts from the analysis of the current situation of the teacher-student relationship in the current online teaching model,further explores the impact of the epidemic and online teaching on the teacher-student relationship,and proposes the adjustment strategies and significance of the teacher-student relationship in online teaching in universities in the post-epidemic period.
