摘要
金-铂热电偶是一种目前准确度最高的热电偶,介绍了高精度金-铂热电偶校准装置的研制、热电偶的校准过程及方法。利用温度固定点和专用退火炉及低热电势(EMF)测量设备等构建校准装置,实现了热电偶的校准,并对其热电不均匀性引起的不确定度分量提出新的评估方法。校准装置测量复现性7 mK,校准热电偶的不确定度达到0.03℃(k=2),完全满足对高精度金-铂热电偶的校准。
The gold-platinum thermocouple is one of the most accurate thermocouples available.The development of calibration installation for the high-precision gold versus platinum(Au/Pt)thermocouple and process and method of calibrating thermocouple are described.The calibration installation constructed with the temperature fixed point facilities,a specified annealing furnace and a low electric motive force(EMF)measurement is fully capable to calibrate thermocouple and a new method is proposed for evaluating the uncertainty components caused by thermoelectric inhomogeneity.The measurement reproducibility of calibration installation is up to 7 mK and the calibration uncertainty is 0.03℃(k=2),which is sufficient for calibrating Au/Pt thermocouples.
