摘要
利用调查数据分析了合约治理、管理层信任对农业产业化联合体绩效的影响。研究结果表明,合约治理在0.01的水平显著正向影响联合体绩效,管理层信任与联合体绩效符号为正,但不显著。政策启示:一是农业产业化联合体合作各方应签订正式的合作契约;二是充分发挥管理层信任在联合体经营管理中的作用;三是构建政府支农政策体系并提高政策实施精准度;四是构建紧密的利益联结机制,促进规模经营,加强新型农业经营主体培训,鼓励联合体以股份合作的方式建立联盟以及建设农村互联互通基础设施。
Using survey data this paper analyzes the impact of contract governance and management trust on the performance of agricultural industrialization consortium.The results show that contract governance has a significant positive impact on the performance of the consortium at the level of 0.01.The sign of management trust and the performance of the consortium is positive,but not significant.Policy enlightenment:First,all parties of the agricultural industrialization consortium should sign a formal cooperation contract;Second,give full play to the role of management trust in the operation and management of the consortium;Third,build a government policy system to support agriculture and improve the accuracy of policy implementation;Fourth,build a close interest connection mechanism,promote scale operation,strengthen the training of new agricultural operators,encourage the consortium to establish alliances in the form of joint stock cooperation and build rural connectivity infrastructure.
