摘要
传统船用阀门存在智能化程度低、控制精度低、通信技术弱、操作体验差等缺陷,为解决以上问题,该文采用STM32F107VCT6为主控芯片的嵌入式系统,结合总线技术、传感器技术、工业控制来精确实现对阀门的远程通信控制。从硬件层面出发,设计了电源电路模块、CAN通信电路模块、电机互锁电路模块、模拟量采集电路模块;从软件层面出发,设计了软件编程思路、上位机操作界面、自定义通信协议。通过上位机与主板的串口通信,主板与子板的CAN通信,实时地控制阀门开关角度并采集各种传感器数据,在船舶领域实际应用过程中取得较好效果。
Traditional marine valves have defects such as low intelligence,low control accuracy,weak communication technology and poor operation experience.In order to solve these problems,the embedded system with STM32F107VCT6 as the main control chip,combined with bus technology,sensor technology,industrial control to accurately realize the remote communication control of the valve.From the hardware level,the power circuit module,CAN communication circuit module,motor interlock circuit module and analog quantity acquisition circuit module are designed;From the software level,the software programming idea,the upper computer operation interface and the user-defined communication protocol are designed.Through the serial port communication between the host computer and the main board,and the CAN communication between the main board and the slave board,which controls the valve switch angle in real time and collects various sensor data,it has achieved good results in the practical application in the field of ships.
