摘要
目的建立肺癌与肺结核相关研究的知识图谱,梳理发文现状、合作关系,挖掘研究热点。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普和Web of Science(WOS)、PubMed数据库2010-2022年国内外肺癌与肺结核相关研究文献,利用CiteSpace软件对发文作者、国家、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果中文数据库共纳入987篇文献,核心作者集中在临床科室;热点关键词是诊断、CT检查、误诊等;各机构间无合作关系;突现词是肺癌空洞、共病现象。英文数据库共纳入266篇文献,发文最多的国家是中国且发挥了核心影响力,作者集中在医学类高校及研究所;热点关键词是Risk、Mycobacterium tuberculosis、Infection等;机构间合作关系较少;突现词是case report、smoking。结论肺癌与肺结核相关研究处于上升趋势,研究热点和前沿集中在肺癌共病肺结核诊治、肺癌与肺结核相关因果机制研究。
Objective To establish a knowledge map of lung cancer and tuberculosis related research,sorting out the status of publications,cooperation relationships,and exploring research hotspots.Methods Relevant literatures about lung cancer and tuberculosis related research in China and abroad from 2010 to 2022 in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,Web of Science(WOS),and PubMed databases were searched,and CiteSpace software was used for visually analyze the authors,countries,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 987 papers were included in the Chinese database.Core authors were concentrated in clinical departments.The hot keywords were diagnosis,CT examination,misdiagnosis,etc.There is no cooperation between Chinese institutions.And the emergent terms were lung cancer cavity and co-morbidity phenomenon.A total of 266 papers were included in English database,and the most published articles were from China and had a central influence.Core authors were concentrated in medical universities and research institutes.The hot keywords were risk,mycobacterium tuberculosis,infection,etc.There were few cooperative relations between the institutions.And the emergent terms were case report and smoking.Conclusion The research on lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis was rising.Research hotspots and frontiers focused on the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis as a co-morbidity of lung cancer,and the study of causal mechanisms related to lung cancer and tuberculosis.
