芒果中农药残留分析及膳食风险评估 被引量:1

摘要 为了解芒果中农药的残留情况及其对人群的膳食摄入风险大小。从农贸市场、水果专营店、果园、批发市场等地采集芒果样品,采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆串联飞行时间质谱法测定了样品中的农药残留,采用了膳食安全性评价法计算农药残留对不同人群的影响。结果表明:有43种农药被检出,根据最大残留限量标准(MRL),噻嗪酮、乙酰甲胺磷、速灭磷、苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯在芒果中存在超标现象。噻嗪酮的MRL为0.1 mg/kg,检测结果均值0.054 5 mg/kg;乙酰甲胺磷的MRL为0.02 mg/kg,检测结果均值0.038 6 mg/kg;速灭磷的MRL为0.01 mg/kg,检测结果均值0.019 0 mg/kg;苯醚甲环唑的MRL为0.2 mg/kg,检测结果均值0.045 6 mg/kg;吡唑醚菌酯的MRL为0.05 mg/kg,检测结果均值0.058 3 mg/kg。根据ADI值和中国地区芒果摄入量采用膳食安全指数法评估,计算出不同人群的IFS值。所检出的43种农药在不同人群中食用安全指数IFS小于1。采用短期风险系数对危害物风险系数进行评估,检出的28种农药残留风险系数小于1.5,为低度风险。5种农药风险系数大于2.5,为高度风险。本次检测的芒果中存在农药残留污染情况,但IFS小于1。 This study aims to analyze the pesticide residue situation in mangoes and the risk of dietary intake to the popula-tion.Mango samples were collected from agricultural commodities markets,fruit stores,farms,and wholesale markets.Pesti-cide residues in the samples were determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS).The dietary safety evaluation method was used to calculate the effects of pesticide residues on different populations.Forty-three pesticides were detected,according to the maximum residue limit(MRL):buprofezin,acephate,mevinphos,pyridaben,and difenoconazole were excessive in mango.The MRL of buprofezin was 0.1 mg·kg^(–1),and the mean value was 0.0545 mg·kg^(–1);The MRL of acephate was 0.02 mg·kg^(–1),with an average of 0.0386 mg·kg^(–1);The MRL of mevinphos was 0.01 mg·kg^(–1),and the mean value was 0.0190 mg·kg^(–1);The MRL of pyridaben was 0.2 mg·kg^(–1),and the mean value was 0.0456 mg·kg^(–1);The MRL of difenoconazole was 0.05 mg·kg^(–1),and the mean value of the test results was 0.0583 mg·kg^(–1).According to ADI and mango intake in China,IFS values of various populations were calculated using a dietary safety index.The food safety index(IFS)of 43 pesticides in different groups was less than one.The short-term risk coefficient was used to evaluate the hazard risk coefficient.The risk coefficient of 28 pesticide residues was less than 1.5,which indicated low risk.The risk coefficient of the five pesticides is higher than 2.5,which is high risk.In this test,there was pesticide residue pollu-tion in mango.However,IFS is less than one.
