单机场进离场流量动态模型研究

摘要 随着我国民航业的发展,单机场已很难满足空中交通持续增长的需求,单机场资源长期受限导致容量不均衡。为了有效减少航班延误、缓解空中交通拥塞、优化调度进离场航班以提高可用容量的利用率。针对单机场实时机场容量不易确定,提出了机场容量情景树概念,通过研究单机场飞机进离场的流量动态分配策略,提出针对单机场实时容量不确定性问题的解决方案,从而减少空管部门作业压力,减少航班延误成本。最后提出了针对单机场的进离场流量动态模型,通过算例实例验证了该动态模型的有效性和实用性。 China's civil aviation industry has seen a steady surge in air traffic demand,making it difficult for any single airport to satisfy its citizens'requirements.Moreover,the limited resources available to them have resulted in a disparity in capacity over time.To minimize flight delays,ease air traffic congestion,optimize the scheduling of both inbound and outbound flights,and maximize available capacity,this is essential.The concept of an airport capacity scenario tree is proposed to address the challenge of ascertaining a single airport's real-time capacity.A solution to the unpredictability of real-time airport capacity is suggested by examining the dynamic flow allocation approach for aircraft arrival and departure at a single airport.By doing so,air traffic control departments'operational strain is lessened and flight delay costs are minimized.A dynamic model of arrival and departure for a single airport is presented,and an illustration is provided to demonstrate the efficacy and practicality of this model.
