摘要
为提高喷射清理装置的清理效率,基于超音速射流理论,采用半解析方法对喷枪主流道进行了初步设计。在此基础上,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)离散相模型(Discrete phase model,DPM),计算喷枪流道的流动特性,分析了出口直径及颗粒进入位置对喷射效果的影响,据此规律对喷射清理装置喷枪流道进行了优化设计,具有一定的工程指导意义。
In order to improve the cleaning efficiency of the spray cleaning device,the primary design of the spray gun sprue is carried out by using the semi analytical method based on the supersonic jet theory.On this basis,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)discrete phase model(DPM)is used to calculate the flow characteristics of the spray gun channel,and the effects of the outlet diameter and particle entry position on the spray effect are analyzed.Based on this law,the spray gun channel of the spray cleaning device is optimized,which has certain engineering guiding significance.
