智能安检配套筛选传送设备设计及优化研究

摘要 针对铁路“春运”“暑运”期间形成的大客流在车站的进站口与安检设备之间排队阻滞的问题,本文从提高安检效率入手,在人工智能安检设备的基础上,设计了智能安检配套筛选传送设备,并对安检流程进行优化设计。智能安检配套筛选传送设备可在同一平面内实现行李包裹的多向传送效果,其设计充分考虑到现场场地条件限制。利用排队论,经实际统计和理论计算得出,该发明设计提高了安检过检效率,达到缓解车站旅客排队拥堵的效果。 In response to the problem of large passenger flow queuing and blocking between the station entrance and security inspection equipment during the railway“Spring Festival”and“Summer”transportation,this article starts with improving security inspection efficiency and designs intelligent screening and transmission equipment for security inspection on the basis of artificial intelligence security inspection equipment,and optimizes the security inspection process.The intelligent security screening and transmission equipment can achieve multidirectional transmission of luggage and packages in the same plane,and its design fully considers the limitations of on-site site conditions.By utilizing queuing theory,practical statistics and theoretical calculations,it is concluded that the design of the invention improves the efficiency of security checks and achieves the effect of alleviating passenger queue congestion at stations.
