摘要
为改善砂土路基的性能,选用水泥作为改性剂,对水泥稳定砂土作路基填料的性能进行了试验与应用研究。研究结果表明:掺入水泥后,砂土的无侧限抗压强度、CBR值、抗压回弹模量值均得到了显著提升,且均随水泥掺量的增加而增加,当水泥掺量>3%后,无侧限抗压强度、抗压回弹模量值增长幅度开始出现降低,CBR值几乎不再增加;综合考虑水泥稳定砂土的性能与经济效益,在实际应用中水泥掺量值建议取3%,对应的最佳含水率为12.4%;工程应用表明采用水泥处治后砂土路基的弯沉值与压实度均能较好满足设计与规范要求,结构强度较好,处治效果优异。
In order to improve the performance of sand subgrade,cement was selected as modifier,and the performance of cement stabilized sand as subgrade filler was tested and applied.The research results show that after adding cement,the non-lateral compressive strength,CBR value and compressive modulus of resilience of sand have been significantly improved,and all gradually increase with the increase of cement content.When the cement content is more than 3%,the non-lateral compressive strength and compressive modulus of resilience begin to decrease,and the CBR value almost no longer increases.Considering the performance and economic benefits of cement-stabilized sand,it is recommended to take 3%cement content value in practical application,and the corresponding optimum water content is 12.4%.The engineering application shows that the deflection value and compactness of the sand subgrade treated with cement can better meet the design and specification requirements,and the structural strength is good,and the treatment effect is excellent.
