摘要 以数字设计与制造课程为例进行一体化教学改革与实践,是解决机械制造及自动化专业职业教育理论与实践脱节的重要措施之一。以学习成果为导向的课程开发,以工作过程为指导选择教学内容,以理论与实践相结合为教学手段,可以增强学生解决复杂实际问题的能力。然而,要进一步推进人才培养水平的提高,需要改革人才培养方案和课程,以数字化设计制造的综合实践能力为主线,基于企业实践培养人才。这样的改革方向有助于让学生更好地掌握实际应用技能,了解产业发展趋势,提高其就业竞争力和创新能力,推动高职院校人才培养质量不断提高。 Taking the course of digital design and manufacturing as an example to carry out integrated teaching reform and practice is one of the important measures to address the problem of disconnection between theory and practice in vocational education of mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty.Learning outcomes oriented curriculum development selects teaching content according to the work process,and combines theory with practice to enhance students'ability to solve complex practical problems.However,to further promote the talent cultivation level,it is necessary to reform the talent cultivation plan and curriculum,with the comprehensive practical ability of digital design and manufacturing as the main line.This reform direction helps students better master practical application skills and understand industry development trends,improves their employment competitiveness and innovation ability,and continuously improves the talent cultivation quality in vocational colleges.
