摘要
目的 探讨急性白血病PICC置管的护理,评估静疗干预联合信息化行为干预对其不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年10月本院收治的行PICC置管治疗的急性白血病患者96例作为研究对象,以患者入院时间顺序进行分组,每组各48例。以接受常规护理干预的患者设为对照组,将应用静疗干预联合信息化行为干预的患者设为观察组,展开两组患者的不良反应、生活质量、心理状态及治疗依从性等指标的比对,分析组间数据差异。结果 统计两组患者的导管脱出、导管堵塞、静脉炎等并发症,观察组发生率要比对照组低(P<0.05);两组患者的QLI评分相比,观察组躯体健康、生活能力、社会功能及生理职能评分明显更高于对照组,(P<0.05);评估两组患者的强迫、敌对、焦虑、抑郁评分,观察组患者的SCL-90评分相比对照组患者较优(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总依从率与对照组患者相比较高(P<0.05)。结论 对于PICC置管治疗的急性白血病患者,临床应用静疗干预联合信息化行为干预的效果更佳,可有效减少患者的置管不良反应,促进其生活质量得以改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore nursing of acute leukemia patients with PICC catheterization and evaluate effect of intravenous therapy intervention combined with information-based behavioral intervention on adverse reactions and life quality.Methods The paper chose 96 acute leukemia patients treated with PICC catheterization in our hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into groups according to admission sequence,48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and observation group with static therapy intervention combined with information behavioral intervention.Adverse reactions,life quality,psychological status and treatment compliance indicators between two groups were compared,data difference was analyzed between the groups.Results Incidence of complications such as catheter prolapse,catheter blockage and phlebitis in observation group was significantly 14.58%,lower than 37.50%in control group(P<0.05).QLi scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group in terms of physical health,life ability,social function and physiological function(P<0.05).Evaluation of scores of compulsion,hostility,anxiety and depression between two groups showed,SCL-90 scores of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Total treatment compliance rate of observation group was 95.83%,higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous therapy intervention combined with information-based behavioral intervention can achieve good effect for acute leukemia patients with PICC catheterization,can reduce adverse reactions to catheterization and improve life quality effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
