摘要
文章主要针对甘孜天府南1000kV特高压工程LX-168450/10悬垂联板进行力学分析,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对联板进行建模、网格划分、边界条件设置等,得到联板在设计载荷作用下的应力和变形分布情况,分析最大应力发生部位,确定悬垂联板结构的合理性。文章仿真结果为进一步研究特高压输电线路十分裂悬垂联板提供理论参考。
This article mainly conducts mechanical analysis on the LX-168450/10 suspension connecting plate of the Ganzi Tianfu South 1000 kV ultra-high voltage project.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the connecting plate is modeled,meshed,boundary condition set,loaded,solved,and post-processed to obtain the stress and deformation distribution of the connecting plate under the design load,analyze the location where the maximum stress occurs,and determine the rationality of the suspension connecting plate structure.The simulation results of this article provide theoretical reference for further research on the non cracked suspension plate of ultra-high voltage transmission lines.
