摘要
目的研究安宁疗护联合穴位干预及芳香疗法干预改善晚期癌症患者生活质量的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年6月于钦州市中医医院确诊的晚期癌症患者共80例为研究对象。按照组间资料均衡可比的原则分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予安宁疗护联合穴位干预及芳香疗法干预。比较不同干预方案下两组患者营养指标、体能状况评分、疼痛、营养情况、焦虑及抑郁症状、癌因性乏力水平的差异。结果干预前两组患者体力、疼痛与癌因性乏力得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者体力、疼痛与疲乏得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者血红蛋白、白蛋白与前白蛋白指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者血红蛋白、白蛋白与前白蛋白指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安宁疗护联合穴位干预及芳香疗法干预能够更好地改善晚期癌症患者的临床症状,提高患者营养状况,改善其焦虑与抑郁情绪。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combining palliative care with acupoint intervention and aromatherapy intervention on improving the quality of life of advanced cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 advanced cancer patients diagnosed at Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received palliative care combined with acupoint intervention and aromatherapy intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the differences in nutritional indicators,physical condition scores,pain,nutritional status,anxiety and depression symptoms,and cancer-related fatigue levels between two groups of patients under different intervention plans.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of physical strength,pain,and cancer-related fatigue between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical strength,pain,and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the indicators of hemoglobin,albumin,and prealbumin between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the indicators of hemoglobin,albumin,and prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of palliative care,acupoint intervention,and aromatherapy intervention can better improve the clinical symptoms,nutritional status,and anxiety and depression of patients with advanced cancer.
