摘要
针对现有航天发射安全控制系统严重依赖地面跟踪测量设备、无法有效提升发射频次和发射能力的问题,提出了自主安全控制技术。该技术在确保对地面目标实施有效保护的同时,取消了箭上安全控制系统对地面安控系统的依赖,可有效提升发射能力。提出一种通用自主安全控制系统的设计方案,设计了自主安控策略,并分析了自主安控系统的应用前景。
In response to the severe dependence of the existing space launch safety control system on ground tracking and measurement equipment,which cannot effectively improve the launch frequency and launch capability,autonomous safety control technology has been developed.This technology ensures effective protection of ground targets while eliminating the dependence of the onboard safety control system of the ground safety control system,which can effectively enhance the launch capability.A design scheme for a universal autonomous security control system is proposed,an autonomous security control strategy,is designed,and the application prospects of the autonomous security control system are analyzed.
