铜铅复合污染下加拿大一枝黄花根叶复合化感效应

摘要 为了分析铜铅污染下入侵植物加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)根叶浸提液对莴苣(Lactuca sativa)种子萌发与幼苗生长的化感效应,通过培养皿培养法评价铜铅单一和复合污染下加拿大一枝黄花的根浸提液、叶浸提液以及根叶等比例混合浸提液对莴苣种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:根浸提液和叶浸提液均显著抑制莴苣种子萌发,且叶浸提液的化感效应强度更高。根叶混合浸提液的复合化感效应对莴苣种子萌发存在一定的叠加效应。铜铅污染显著增强加拿大一枝黄花的化感效应强度,且对叶浸提液化感效应的影响强度高于对根浸提液,而对根叶混合浸提液复合化感效应的影响强度高于对根浸提液和叶浸提液。所以,重金属污染可能通过增强加拿大一枝黄花对其临近植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感效应强度(特别是根叶混合浸提液产生的复合化感效应),进而可能促进其成功入侵。 In order to analyze the allelopathy of root and leaf extracts of the invasive plant Canada goldenrod(Solidago canadensis)on the seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce(Lactuca sativa)under the pollution of copper and lead,this paper evaluates the effects of the root and leaf extracts,and the mixed root and leaf extracts(in equal proportions)of Canada goldenrod on the seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce under the single and compound pollution copper and lead by employing the Petri dish incubation method.The results shou that root and leaf extracts have significantly inhibited the seed germination of lettuce,and the allelopathy of the leaf extract is greater than that of the root extract;the allelopathy of the mixed root and leaf extracts has certain superimposed effect on the seed germination of lettuce;copper and lead pollution has significantly reinforced the allelopathy of Canada goldenrod and the influence intensity on the allelopathy of the leaf extract is greater than that of the root extract,but the influence intensity on the compound allelopathy of the mixed root and leaf extracts is greater than that of the root extract and the leaf extract.Therefore,heavy metal pollution may reinforce the allelopathy of Canada goldenrod on the seed germination and seedling growth of adjacent plants(particularly the allelopathy of the mixed root and leaf extracts),and further facilitate its successful invasion.
