从次氧化锌粉尘中提锌富铟试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 在对次氧化锌粉尘的理化特性和热力学分析的基础上,研究了采用硫酸从次氧化锌粉尘中浸出锌和富集铟,考察了硫酸质量浓度、液固体积质量比、浸出时间、浸出温度、搅拌速度和浸出次数等对浸出锌和富集铟的影响。结果表明:在硫酸质量浓度100 g/L、液固体积质量比5 mL/1 g、浸出时间90 min、浸出温度60℃、搅拌速度500 r/min条件下进行一次浸出,铟金属几乎不被浸出,锌浸出率达70%以上,可实现铟、铅等金属的高度富集。 Based on the analysis of the physicochemical characteristics and thermodynamics of zinc peroxide dust,the leaching of zinc and enriching of indium from zinc oxide dust by sulfuric acid was studied.The effects of sulfuric acid mass concentration,liquid volume/solid mass ratio,leaching time,leaching temperature,stirring speed and leaching times on leaching zinc and enriching indium were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of sulfuric acid mass concentration of 100 g/L,liquid volume/solid mass ratio of 5 mL/1 g,leaching time of 90 min,leaching temperature of 60℃and stirring speed of 500 r/min for leaching once,indium is almost not leached assuringly,zinc leaching rate can reach more than 70%.And high enrichment of indium,lead and other metals can be realized.
