摘要
接触网作为重载铁路牵引供电系统的重要组成部分,运行时会受气象、振动环境的变化产生不同类型的缺陷,是接触网维修的重要依据;依据铁路修程修制,不同等级、不同类型的缺陷处理,有着不同的紧迫及重要程度。对缺陷信息的分析,为后续的接触网运维提供数据支撑。当前日常检修及巡检发现的缺陷与6C系统检测监测的缺陷分别存储在不同的缺陷库,无法做到数据共享,导致缺陷分析和销号运维效率不高。研究结合重载铁路接触网检测监测实际情况,搭建接触网检测监测的技术架构和数据架构,通过大数据技术手段统一缺陷库,以现场检修和检测形成统一闭环管理为目标,优化业务流程,实现缺陷闭环管理,提高维修效率,提升检测监测的数据管理水平,为智能运维提供数据基础。
As an important component of the traction power supply system for heavy-duty railways,the overhead contact system can generate different types of defects due to changes in meteorological and vibration environments during operation,which is an important basis for the maintenance of the overhead contact system.According to the railway repair system,different levels and types of defect handling have different levels of urgency and importance.The analysis of defect information provides data support for subsequent operation and maintenance of the overhead contact system.The defects found during daily maintenance and inspection are stored in different defect libraries compared with those detected and monitored by the 6C system,which makes it difficult to share data,resulting in low efficiency in defect analysis and cancellation operation and maintenance.Based on the actual inspection and monitoring of the overhead contact system of heavy-duty railways,a technical framework and data architecture for overhead contact system inspection and monitoring was established.Through big data technology,a unified defect library was established to form a unified closed-loop management for on-site maintenance and inspection.Business processes were optimized;closed-loop defect management was achieved;maintenance efficiency was improved,and the data management level of inspection and monitoring was improved,providing a data foundation for intelligent operation and maintenance.
