摘要
神经性皮炎的发病机制目前尚不明确,现代医学尚无特异性治疗手段。中医学认为,风、热等邪在神经性皮炎的发生发展过程中起重要作用,根据风湿热蕴、肝郁血热、血虚风燥等证按卫分、气分、营分、血分逐步发展的规律,说明本病适宜用卫气营血进行辨证论治。本文基于对“透热转气”理论的含义剖析,探讨通过针药结合可以实现开辟通道、调畅气机、宣透热邪,从而达到治疗神经性皮炎的目的。
At present, the pathogenesis of neurodermatitis is not clear, and there is no specific treatment in modern medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that wind, heat and dampness play important roles in the occurrence and development of neurodermatitis.The evolution of rheumatic heat accumulation, liver depression and blood heat, blood deficiency and wind dryness are highly consistent with the manifestations of defense, qi, construction and blood. Based on the analysis of the meaning of the theory "outthrust heat to the qi aspect". This paper discusses treating neurodermatitis by the combination of needling and medication to open channels and regulate qi dynamic, so as to outthrust heat evil.
