机载环控涡轮冷却器的发展及箔片轴承的应用

摘要 本文介绍了应用于飞机座舱环控的升压式空气制冷循环和飞机吊舱环控的逆升压式空气制冷循环,回顾了简单式、三轮式、四轮式涡轮冷却器和箔片动压轴承技术的发展历程,并对逆升压式涡轮冷却器升级箔片轴承后的产品状态进行了高空试验,验证了机载箔片轴承应用于吊舱逆升压式涡轮冷却器中的可行性,展望了箔片涡轮冷却器用箔片轴承产品的推广应用和产品质量控制方法。 The features of bootstrap air cycle used in aircraft cabin and reverse bootstrap air cycle used in airborne pod were introduced,the development procedure of simple-type,three-wheel-type,four wheel-type turbocoolers and foil bearing was reviewed,an altitude experiment of revers bootstrap turbocooler with foil bearing was conducted.The feasibility of foil bearing application was verified,the application and quality control method of foil bearing used in airborne turbocooler are prospected.
