摘要
建筑工程作为一种重要的基础设施建设项目,其造价控制问题备受关注。然而,建筑工程造价受到各种因素的影响,如地质情况、技术问题、市场波动以及政策变化等,导致难以被准确预测和控制。因此,如何有效地控制建筑工程施工阶段造价,成为了当前亟待解决的问题。文章概述了建筑工程施工阶段造价控制及问题的本质,提出了一系列有效的造价控制措施,以期帮助建筑企业在实际操作中更好地实现成本效益最大化,为相关领域的实践提供参考价值。
As an important infrastructure construction project,the cost control of construction engineering has attracted much attention.However,due to the influence of various factors,such as geological conditions,technical problems,market fluctuations and policy changes,it is difficult to accurately predict and control the construction cost.Therefore,how to effectively control the construction cost of construction engineering has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper summarizes the essence of cost control and problems in the construction stage of construction engineering,and puts forward a series of effective cost control measures,in order to help construction enterprises better realize the maximization of cost-benefit in the actual operation,and provide reference value for the practice in related fields.
