摘要
为提升水稳基层施工质量,延长道路使用寿命,文章依托连云港至宿迁高速公路沭阳至宿豫段LSSQ1标段,在探究水稳基层强度形成机理的基础上,从基层施工质量控制措施、工后质量检测和基于智能颗粒的性能监测技术等方面展开研究。工后质量检测结果显示,该段高速公路的水稳基层压实度和强度均能满足规范要求。结合智能颗粒监测数据及路面状况观测结果可看出,水稳基层在运营期内整体状况良好,路面并无反射裂缝产生。
In order to improve the construction quality of cement stabilized base and prolong the service life of the road,this paper relies on the LS-SQ1 bidding section on Shuyang-Suyu section of Lianyungang-Suqian Expressway to explore the formation mechanism of the strength of cement stabilized base.Based on this,research is conducted from the perspective of base construction quality control measures,post-construction quality inspection and performance monitoring technology based on intelligent particles.The post-construction quality inspection results show that the compaction degree and strength of the cement stabilized base in this section of the expressway can meet the requirements of the specification.Combining intelligent particle monitoring data and pavement condition observation results,it can be seen that the overall condition of the cement stabilized base is good during the operation period,and there are no reflective cracks on the pavement.
