摘要
目的:研究三叶木通果皮采用不同粗提方法得到的粗提物对腹泻的效用研究。方法:三叶木通成熟果实去果肉后将果皮切碎,在80℃条件下烘干至质量达初始质量的10%。将烘干物进行粉碎处理,将粉碎粒度大小控制在40目以下。步骤1:粉料与蒸馏水按1∶10(m/v)100℃提取2 h后过滤,重复3次。将部分滤液60℃脱水处理得到样品1;处理步骤2:将步骤1中滤液进行适度脱水后,加入无水乙醇,直至乙醇终浓度为80%,60℃回流搅拌提取4 h,过滤除渣,将上清液回收,并真空干燥至含水量10%以下,得到样品2;处理步骤3:取步骤1所述的水提溶液1∶1加入正丁醇进行萃取12 h处理,连续萃取3次,将萃取得到的正丁醇溶液真空干燥除去溶剂,得到样品3。将得到的样品1、样品2、样品3进行以动物模型为基础的药学检测。结果:与腹泻模型组相比,阳性对照组、Y1组、Y2组、Y3组湿便数量都显著低于腹泻模型组(P<0.05),同时腹泻时间都显著延后(P<0.05)。结论:该试验条件下,通过给小鼠灌胃三叶木通果皮提取物,能够显著的缓解小鼠的腹泻情况,减少排泄湿便的数量,并且推迟其腹泻发生的时间。由此看,Y1、Y2、Y3均有明显的止泻效果。
Objective:To study the efficacy of crude extracts obtained from the peel of Akebiatrifoliata using different crude extraction methods on diarrhea.Method:After removing theflesh from the ripe fruit of Akebiatrifoliata,the peel is chopped and dried at 80℃until the quality reaches 10%of the initial mass.Crush the dried material and control the crushing particle size to below 40 mesh.Processing step 1:Take the above powder and distilled water 1∶10(m/v),extract at 100℃for 2 hours,filter,and repeat three times.Dehydrate some of the filtrate at 60℃to obtain sample 1;Processing step 2:After moderate dehydration of the filtrate in step 1,anhydrous ethanol is added until the final concentration of ethanol is 80%.Reflux at 60℃and stir for extraction for 4 hours.Filter and remove the residue,recover the supernatant,and vacuum dry it to a moisture content of less than 10%to obtain sample 2;Processing step 3:Take the water extraction solution mentioned in step 1 and add it 1∶1 to n-butanol for extraction for 12 hours.Extract continuously for 3 times,and vacuum dry the extracted n-butanol solution to remove the solvent,obtaining sample 3.Perform pharmaceutical testing based on animal models on samples 1,2,and 3 obtained.Result:Compared with the diarrhea model group,the number of wet stools in the positive control group,Y1 group,Y2 group,and Y3 group was significantly lower than that in the diarrhea model group(P<0.05),and the diarrhea time was significantly delayed(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,gavage of the fruit peel extract of Akebiatrifoliata can significantly alleviate the diarrhea situation of mice,reduce the number of wet stools excreted,and delay the occurrence of diarrhea.From this perspective,Y1,Y2 and Y3 all have significant anti diarrhea effects.
