摘要
高素质专业化教师队伍是加快建设教育强国的基础保障,是高质量推进立德树人工作的现实需要,也为教师职业化专业化发展指明了目标和方向。习近平总书记关于高素质专业化教师队伍的重要论述诠释和体现了师德高尚是教师职业素养的核心要素、业务精湛是教师育人实践的立教之基、结构合理是教师队伍建设的重要标准和充满活力是教师队伍生态的总体展望等内容。建设高素质专业化教师队伍的实践进路是将师德师风作为教师队伍素质考评的第一标准,以终身学习促进教师职业发展,努力提高教师的“三个地位”,健全中国特色教师教育体系。
