基于SCADA数据风电机组发电性能评价研究

摘要 从发电机组运行的数据声场角度出发,建立风电机组发电性能评价体系,从功率曲线、风性能、发电量数据、时间利用率4个角度,开展风电机组的性能评估,分析机组的可靠性、偏航性能、变桨性能指标,监测风电机组的运行状态。根据风电机组的SCADA数据,明确风电机组性能评价的流程,建立评估模型,最终取得风电机组发电性能状态指标。最终结果表明,功率曲线值保证值在95%以上,偏差角度平均值在-4.2°左右,限电实际电力占比在10%左右,时间利用率为58.2%左右。因此,风电机组的发电性能有待提升,存在保证值偏低、误差品行角度较高、发电量损失较大、时间利用率较低问题,需要对硬件进行检修,避免风电机组高频故障问题,确保风电机组各项发电性能指标符合要求。 From the perspective of the generator set operation data sound field,wind turbine performance evaluation system is testablished,from the power curve,wind performance,generating data,time utilization of the wind turbine performance evaluation work,the reliability of the unit,yaw performance,variable propeller performance index are analyzed,and the running status of the wind turbines is monitored.According to the SCADA data of wind turbine,the process of wind turbine performance evaluation is clearly defined,the evaluation model is established,and the power generation performance status index of wind turbine is finally obtained.The final result shows that the power curve value guarantee system is more than 95%,the average deviation angle is about-4.2°,the actual proportion of power rationing is about 10%,and the time utilization rate is about 58.2%.Therefore,wind power performance needs to be further improved,the corresponding guarantee value is low,high error character angle,power loss,low time utilization problem,need to further on the hardware maintenance,avoid wind turbine high frequency fault problem,to ensure that the wind power generation performance index conform to the requirements.
