摘要
目的调查分析驻海岛部队军人心理训练意向,针对性制定应激干预方案并验证效果。方法对511名长期驻守某偏远海岛的现役军人展开心理训练意向调查,选取部分军人为研究对象并设立干预组和对照组,为干预组开展以理论知识授课、个体放松训练、团体心理训练为主要方式的干预训练,周期为2个月,在不同时间节点测量两组军人PSET和皮质醇指标变化。结果驻岛军人对心理训练需求主要集中于改善睡眠、开展放松训练、改善情绪等方面。干预训练结束后,干预组PSET指标显著下降;在第1个月较强军事应激环境背景下,两组军人皮质醇指标都有明显上升,但干预组相比对照组升高程度低。结论以理论知识授课、个体放松训练、团体心理训练为主要方式的干预训练能够有效降低驻海岛部队军人心理应激水平。
Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological training intentions of the troops stationed on the island,and to develop targeted stress intervention regimens and verify their efficacies.Methods A survey on the psychological training intentions was conducted on 511 active-duty military personnel stationed on a remote island.Some of them were divided into an intervention group and a control group.The participants from the intervention group received intervention training primarily through theoretical knowledge lectures,individual relaxation training,and group psychological training for 2 months.The changes in psychological stress self-evaluation test(PSET)and cortisol indicators were measured in the 2 groups at different time points.Results The demands for psychological training among the troops stationed on the island were mainly sleep problems,relaxation and emotional problems.After the intervention training,the PSET scores were significantly decreased in the intervention group.In the first month of intensive military stress environment,the cortisol levels were significantly increased in both groups,but the increase in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Intervention training using theoretical knowledge lectures,individual relaxation training,and group psychological training as the main measures can effectively reduce the psychological stress levels for the troops stationed on the island.
