新发展格局、新零售模式与企业绩效——基于上市公司的实证研究

摘要 2016年“新零售”概念推出以来,在消费、大数据和云计算迅速增长的背景下,新一轮零售业快速发展。发展新的零售模式是新时期零售企业现代化的重要手段,研究新零售模式对企业经营绩效的影响具有重要意义。在此背景下,本文首先分析了中国新型零售业的相关理论基础并提出研究假设,其次提出一个双分化模型来实证分析新型零售模式对公司绩效的影响,并进行异质性分析。最后,通过实证分析的结果,对如何发展新型零售业提出了相应建议,以供参考。 Since the launch of the concept of“new retail”in 2016,a new round of retailing has developed rapidly against the background of rapid growth in consumption,big data,and cloud computing.The development of a new retail model is an important means to modernize retail enterprises in the new era,and it is of great significance to study the impact of the new retail model on business performance.In this context,this paper firstly analyses the relevant theoretical foundations of the new retail industry in China and puts forward the research hypotheses,and secondly proposes a bifurcation model to empirically analyze the impact of the new retail model on the firm’s performance and conducts a heterogeneity analysis.Finally,through the results of empirical analyses,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to develop the new retail industry for reference.
