摘要
利用改进变权物元可拓模型来对电力客户价值进行评价,从而能够体现指标值变动对指标权重的影响,并通过动态优度分析得出影响电力客户价值的敏感性指标.实例分析结果表明:1)所选取电力客户价值评价等级为中但偏向于良等级;2)随指标值的增加,每个指标权重的变化趋势存在较大差异;3)随着各指标值的共同变大(变小),等级变量特征值逐渐变小(变大);4)随各指标值变化,等级变量特征值的变化趋势存在一定差异.特别当功率因数指标值变小时,等级偏向会由原来的中偏良等级变为中偏差等级;5)功率因数、客户信用状况、客户关系水平和主要供应商采购占比四个指标是影响电力客户价值评价结果的敏感性指标.
How to retain high-quality power customer resources has become very important,so the evaluation of power customer value is an important topic for power supply enterprises.This paper establishes an improved variable-weight matter-element extension model to evaluate the value of power customers,which can refect the impact of index value changes on the index weights,and he sensitivity indictors that affect the value of power customers is obtained through dynamic optimization analysis.The results of case analysis show that 1)the selected power customer value evaluation grade is medium but biased towards good grade.2)With the increase of the index value,there is a big difference in the change trend of the weight of each index.3)The eigenvalues of the rank variable gradually become smaller as each index value increases together,and gradually increases as each index value decreases together.4)With the change of each index value,there is a certain difference in the change trend of the characteristic value of the grade variable.In particular,when the power factor index value becomes smaller,the level deviation will change from the original medium-biased good level to the medium-biased level.5)The four indicators of power factor,customer credit status,customer relationship level and major supplier procurement ratio are the sensitivity indicators that affect the evaluation results of power customer value.
