摘要
该研究运用静电纺丝技术制备了一种用于皮肤创面护理的黄芪-壳聚糖/聚乳酸(PLA)纳米纤维功能敷料,采用紫外分光光度法检测黄芪多糖和黄芪总皂苷含量,用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热、傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线衍射分析对其进行表征,并评价其润湿性、水蒸气透过率、药物释放性能和抑菌能力。结果表明,黄芪成分以无定形状态存在于黄芪-壳聚糖/PLA纳米纤维功能敷料中,且与辅料间无明显相互作用。黄芪-壳聚糖/PLA纳米纤维的平均直径为(328±118) nm,所得功能敷料的整体孔隙率为92.16%,润湿性能适中,透气性能良好,对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显抑菌效果,为新型创面护理敷料研究提供了新方向。
In this study,an Astragalus-chitosan/poly(lactic acid)(PLA) nanofiber functional dressing for skin wound care was prepared using electrostatic spinning technology.The contents of Astragalus polysaccharide and Astragalus total saponin were determined by UV spectrophotometry,and the prepared nanofiber functional dressings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction.The wettability,water vapor transmission rate,drug release property,and antibacterial ability of the nanofiber functional dressings were also evaluated.The results showed that the Astragalus components were exist in the Astragalus-chitosan/PLA nanofiber functional dressings in an amorphous state,and there was no apparent interaction between the components and excipients.The average diameter of the Astragalus-chitosan/PLA nanofibers was(328±118)nm,and the overall porosity of the functional dressing was 92.16%.The Astragalus-chitosan/PLA nanofiber functional dressings had moderate wettability,good air permeability,and a significant antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,provided a new research direction for novel wound care dressings.
