精准营养治疗在肝硬化患者营养状态中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨精准营养治疗在肝硬化患者营养状态中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月在南昌大学第二附属医院接收治疗的100例肝硬化患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采取精准营养治疗,对照组采取常规营养治疗,比较两组临床效果、治疗前后患者主观整体营养状况评估量表(PG-SGA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization quality of life-BREF,WHOQOL-BREF)和乏力、纳差、肝区不适程度评分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PGSGA、SAS、WHOQOL-BREF评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后PG-SGA、SAS评分均低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前乏力、纳差、肝区不适程度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后乏力程度、纳差程度、肝区不适程度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分析肝硬化患者的营养状态并采取精准营养治疗可明显改善患者的身体营养状态。 Objective:To explore the application effect of precise nutritional therapy in the nutritional status of patients with liver cirrhosis.Method:A total of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with precise nutrition therapy,and the control group was treated with routine nutrition therapy.The clinical effects,patient generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)and the degree of fatigue,poor appetite and discomfort in liver region scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical effects of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PG-SGA,SAS and WHOQOL-BREF scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,PG-SGA and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while WHOQOL-BREF score was higher than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of fatigue degree,poor appetite degree and discomfort degree in the liver region before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of fatigue degree,poor appetite degree and discomfort degree in the liver region in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analyzing the nutritional status of cirrhosis patients and adopting precise nutrition treatment can significantly improve the physical nutritional status of patients.
