为了营造科技感,越来越多的汽车车型配置发光格栅。要实现特定的发光效果,需要采用相应的发光格栅表面处理工艺。对双色注塑、激光雕刻、涂装、硬化涂层、模内装饰、印刷等汽车发光格栅表面处理工艺进行了介绍。
In order to create a sense of technology,more and more car models are equipped with luminous grille.To achieve a specific luminescent effect,the corresponding surface treatment process for luminous grille is required.The surface treatment processes for automotive luminous grlle were introduced,such as two-color injection molding,laser engraving,painting,hardened coating,in-mold decoration,and printing.
