AAO工艺处理低碳氮比城市污水的优化调控策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 为更好构建城市污水厂脱氮除磷运行调控策略,提高污水厂脱氮除磷效率,降低生产运行成本,考察了AAO工艺处理低碳氮比城市污水的优化调控策略。结果表明,对于AAO工艺,“厌氧池投加碳源”“厌氧池投加碳源”+“生化池投加除磷剂”“缺氧池投加碳源”+“生化池投加除磷剂”均能实现生化池出水总磷达标,且3种药剂投加模式运行成本相当;缺氧出口硝酸盐氮和好氧池出口硝酸盐氮浓度具有直接的关系,可以通过实验建立两者之间的联系,进而指导碳源的精准投加;污水厂可在缺氧池末端或好氧区前端设预曝气区,运行中在高温时节关闭预曝气区,以增加反硝化处理效果,在低温时节开启预曝气区,以增加硝化处理效果,从而达到提高污水处理效率同时节能降耗的目的。 In order to better construct the operation control strategy of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in municipal sewage plant,improve the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in sewage plant,and reduce the production and operation cost,the optimization control strategy of AAO process for treating municipal sewage with low carbon nitrogen ratio was investigated.The results showed that:for AAO process,"adding carbon source in anaerobic tank","adding carbon source in anaerobic tank"+"adding phosphorus removal agent in biochemical tank","adding carbon source in anoxic tank"+"adding phosphorus removal agent in biochemical tank"could achieve the total phosphorus standard of biochemical tank",and the operation cost of the three drug dozing modes was comparable.There is a direct relationship between nitrate nitrogen concentration at the outlet of anoxic outlet and aerobic outlet,and the relationship between the two can be established through experiments to guide the precise addition of carbon sources.The sewage plant can set up a pre-aeration zone at the end of the anoxic pool or the front end of the aerobic zone.During operation,the pre-aeration zone is closed in the high-temperature season to increase the denitrification treatment effect,and the pre-aeration zone is opened in the low-temperature season to increase the nitrification treatment effect,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the sewage treatment efficiency and saving energy and reducing consumption.
